Before Goodbye: Participant Handbook & Journaling 1 Day Workshop

This workshop creates a safe, human space for people to begin—or gently continue—conversations that often get postponed until it’s too late. Participants leave with clarity, language, and permission: permission to speak honestly, to go slowly, and to choose what matters most.

This is not about having every hard conversation. It’s about starting one meaningful thread.

Duration: 90 minutes (can flex to 60 or 120)

Audience: Adults navigating illness, aging, uncertainty, or unspoken endings (no diagnosis required)

Format: Trauma-informed, opt-in, no forced sharing

Price: $100 per person for physical workshop (may offer group discounts for churches, care facilities, etc) 

$30 for large print copy or $15 for digital copy
